and efficiency in highly competitive environments. He furthered his executive
training by completing the PAD (Directors' Specialization Program) at the
Escuela de Dirección de la Universidad de Piura, strengthening his focus on
corporate governance and strategic decision-making.
And Mr. Raúl Díaz, an economist from the Universidad del Pacífico, has
executive training at Harvard Business School and Chicago Booth, which
reinforces his strategic focus and global business vision. He is an executive
with more than 20 years of experience in finance and business management,
leading operations in local and international companies across diverse sectors.
